WOw!! It has been 11 days since i last posted.. Been very busy and tired out by work recently..Anyway, Im back again. :) A recapture of my past 11 days.. ermm.. I went back for OT, doing some maintence on the machines, (oh by the way, Im in a Diaper manufacturing Plant) and I was damn PISSED off by the attitude of some of my colleagues, their mentality towards work was really bad, as long the machine can operate they dun giv a damn... But in the long run when the machine break down everyone will suffers.. They just couldnt have the correct mindset. In the end, I went ahead and carried out wat I felt I should do. The most hurting part was being accused by them saying I was just back to cheat for some OT to earn easy $$. Well, as long I know Im not wat they say can liao.. :)
Went for some singing at KBox Hougang to relax..went with Shindy,Syl n Phy.. :) very fun but was very tired in the end, went for a prata session after tat.. hee.. the pratas r very nice..hahaha..
For the past 4 nites, been workin in nite shift, DAMN, it was very very tired, machines giving problems, Just couldnt understand why my colleagues just dun wan to do a good fine tuning of the machines to ease everyone's burden. In their mind, as long the machines can run and operate then they had done their duties, No lor, in the end, I always hav to clear up the mess for them. But efforts not appreciated by the engineers and even my own supervisor. These 4 nites, he dun even bother to help me nor talk to me, as if I dun belong to his team. Finally the last nite, my Ops Manager was giving out the increment letter and he was askin if Im satisfied with my pay raise, my 1st Question to him was, 'is it possible for me to change team?" He was kinda shocked and I jus merely mentioned tat i wanted to change a team for another new working relationship with my other colleagues and he dun believed me and keep pressing for the real reason. In the end, I told him I would update him again... In my mind, Its either a change of team or a change of job... haiz.. tats all for now.. got to go back wk now..if not my supervisor wil b comin for me again...will update my blog tml.. take care guys!! :)
